Does QuickSFA really work with no network at all?

Yes. Orders, collections, party registrations and no-response entries are written to the device first and queued. The rep can work an entire beat in airplane mode; the app pushes everything in one pass when a connection returns, and duplicate protection means a retried sync never creates a second order.

Will it connect to Tally or our existing ERP?

Yes — QuickSFA is ERP-agnostic. It works with Tally, Busy, Marg, SAP and other major systems: masters (parties, items, price lists, outstanding) import into the app and transactions export back out. It also runs perfectly standalone if you keep no ERP at all. The import-progress screen names exactly what moved, what is pending and what failed, so a failed sync is visible rather than silent.

How long does a rollout take?

A single route can be live within a week: we import your masters, map price lists, set up routes and groups, and run a training call with the reps. Most distributors start with one beat, then add the rest once the first week looks right.

What phones does it need?

Any reasonably current Android or iOS phone with GPS. The app is designed for small screens and low storage, and it does not depend on a constant data connection.

Can a rep fake a visit?

A location fix is captured at the moment a record is saved, not typed in afterwards, and the app blocks the save when GPS is not ready. No-responses need a coded reason with the same fix, so a skipped counter still leaves a trace.
